Virtual city tour Creglingen
 Altes Rathaus

The original Creglingen town hall is a representative building due to its size. It was rebuilt in 1739/40 in the Renaissance style. The basement was originally used as a town dwelling, while the middle floor was reserved for administration by the town council. In the roof of the building, as in the building diagonally opposite, was the "fruit box". Grain was delivered to the lordship and stored here. The building became the property of the town of Creglingen after 1850. The coats of arms of Creglingen's twelve neighbourhoods are also clearly visible.

Please also note the additional QR code on the building about the town's Jewish history - a memorial to 25 March 1933 has been set up on the first floor of the old town hall.

Opposite is the old school building (town hall), the next point on the tour of the town.
